To facilitate booking for groups, we recommend the following procedure:

1.     Appoint a group leader to communicate with QC Adventures.

2.     Authorize group leader to inform QC Adventures of dates of trip, number of people on trip and number and size of kayaks required.

3.     A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

4.     Group leader is to collect and remit all moneys in one payment; cheque, Visa or MasterCard, to QC Adventure.

5.     If your are unable to make your pick-up, contact QCA office through a radio phone at Watchmen camps or through the Coast Guard on Channel 16.

6.     If we are unable to make your pick-up for any reason, we will place a message for you on the weather channel of your VHF.

7.     All drop-offs and pick-ups are weather -dependent.  We reserve the right to postpone your trip until safe conditions are met.
